The “Taiwan Resource Center for Chinese Studies (TRCCS)” program just turned to its 10th anniversary in November 2022. The NCL has published the inaugural issue of TRCCS Biennial Bulletin to coincide with the Center’ s 10th anniversary celebrations, wish to have it serve as a platform for mutual understanding and communication among all TRCCS partners.
