A valid Citizen Identification Card or Driver’s License issued by Taiwan (R.O.C.). |
| Registered high school or vocational school students, or their equivalents |
A valid student ID or an official document issued by the school. Foreign students must also present a passport. |
| Non-Taiwan citizens aged 6 and above |
A valid passport or an identification document certified by either the Taiwan (R.O.C.) government or the embassy of the applicant’s home country. |

Important Notes:
1. Users without their NCL Library Card must provide the required documents listed above to request a Temporary Library Card.
2. Each user may apply for a Temporary Library Card up to three times only.
3. The first-time application for an NCL Library Card is free of charge. A replacement fee of NT$30 applies for lost or damaged cards.
