Serving readers is at the core of the National Central Library's (NCL) mission. Every aspect of our operations—from facility design to collection development and reading services—is dedicated to fulfilling our role as a premier academic research library. Furthermore, to support the government's lifelong learning initiatives, NCL offers both credit and non-credit continuing education courses and promotes distance learning. Through these programs, we aim to enhance public library literacy and empower citizens to become independent, self-directed learners.
